Refund policy

 

Registration fees and tournament entry fees for SoCal Swordfight 2027 are eligible for refund through January 4, 2027.

Refund requests must be submitted on or before January 4, 2027. Requests received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund eligibility applies to:

• Event registration fees
• Tournament entry fees

Refunds are not available after January 4, 2027, including in cases where a participant later chooses not to attend or compete.

Participants who are removed from the event, disqualified, or denied participation due to a violation of the SoCal Swordfight Code of Conduct, tournament rules, or event policies are not entitled to a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever possible.

SoCal Swordfight reserves the right to update this policy if necessary due to event cancellation, venue changes, or other circumstances affecting the event. If you feel you have circumstances that warrant an exception after the cutoff date, contact us and your request will be reviewed.
